John Sparks, dealer; Harry Manfield collection; Mrs. Manfield; her sale, Sotheby’s, 16 February 1945, lot 185, purchased by Frank Partridge & Sons for Sir William Burrell, £105; by whom gifted to the Corporation of the City of Glasgow, 1945.
