 Burney, Sydney Bernard

Sydney Burney served in the First World War as a Captain, receiving the award of C.B.E. in 1918, later working as Assistant Director-General of Voluntary Organisations. In the early 1930s he became a London dealer in art & antiquities, based at 26 Conduit Street, W.1. He died in 1951.
